Registration

1. Non-Orchid Vendor Registration Single Booth – $1,000.00
Registration for vendors with products other than orchids.
3. Deposit, 10 x 10 Booth – $1,000.00
50% Deposit for a single Booth, balance $1000 will be due by December 1, 2026
3. Deposit, 10 x 20 Booth – $2,000.00
50% Deposit for a 10 x 20 Booth, balance of $2000 will be due by December 1, 2026
5. International Vendor, 100 square feet, Single Booth (no display) – $2,300.00
100 square, no Display Requirement
6. International Vendor, Double Booth, 10 x 20 – $4,300.00
10 x 20 Booth, no Display Requirement for Foreign Vendors
Non-Orchid Vendor, 140 square foot booth – $1,400.00

Registration is closed

Tabletop displays: We will provide two rectangular tables for a total space of 6’ X 4’, backed by draperies. Trophies will be awarded for each class and individual plants by the AOS judging committees. In addition, we will have a Best Theme award which will be given to the display that best incorporates the “Orchid Odysseyl” theme.

Booth descriptions: All booths include skirting, a name sign, electricity upon request only, internet and exhibitor name badges. Single booth (100 square feet') includes three tables. Double booths (10'x20') will have 6 tables. You may wish to bring additional lighting equipment to enhance your display. There are 2 booths available that are one and half size.

2027 Vendor SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

Thursday, Jan. 7: Vendor set-up 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Friday, Jan. 8: Vendors may enter hall at 8am. VIP Shopping Event 9 to 11am, also AOS Judging 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Orchid Show general public 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 9: Vendors may enter hall at 8:30am. Orchid Show 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 10: Vendors may enter hall at 8:30am. Orchid Show 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sunday teardown will only be permitted after the 5 p.m. closing. Generally, teardown is complete in 3 hours. All vendors will be responsible for cleaning up their areas. Please do not leave any garbage behind.

If these basic rules are ignored, the Show Chairs may close your sales booth before the end of the show.
